Come to enjoy the perfect vacation in an incomparable environment only 3.5 km away from the beach in Javea. Here, 10 guests will find their second home in this great house with private pool and wonderful views.
Start the day with energy and venture a long walk throughout the surroundings. Then, you will be willing to reach home and swim some lengths before enjoying a succulent breakfast at the terrace. The wonderful chlorine pool sizes 9 x 4 metres and the water depth ranges from 1.2 to 2.2 metres. The attached porch offers several sun loungers where you can relax after the dip and admire the good views. From the pool area we access a great terrace with more sun loungers to sunbathe as well as a parasol and an exterior dining table to enjoy the delicious grilled meats and fish cooked on the barbecue. There is another great terrace on the first floor equipped with a large table and chairs where you can enjoy meals al fresco as well as long family evenings.

The great house presents two floors. On the first floor we find the spacious living-dining room which is equipped with sofas, satellite TV and a large table for 10 people. You find the kitchen next, and this comes with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, etc. The house also offers an independent laundry room with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. This first floor also features two bedrooms, both of them with two twin beds and a wardrobe. A bathroom with a tub completes the first floor. The rest of the bedrooms are on the inferior level. The three of them count with two twin beds each and a wardrobe. One has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, while two more bathtub bathrooms are offered on this floor. We'll be happy to prepare a cot and a high chair in case you are travelling with your baby. Finally, the accommodation is equipped with ducted air-conditioning.

Javea offers numerous charms that will make you to be willing to know the area. The first and main appealing is, no doubt, the beach of El Arenal. It is just 3.5 km away from the property and it is a well known beach thanks to its fine sand and shallow water. If you come to visit the town historical centre you will be surprised by the Medieval layout as well as by the town market, the churches and other historical buildings. The area is spotted by numerous lookouts that will help you to admire the wonderful coastal views and sundowns for example in Cap de Sant Antoni, Punta del Castell or Cap Negre. In addition, if you have luck you can be delighted with any of the many cultural events programmed throughout the year and devoted to the art of navigation, gastronomy, culture and sports.
