Set in Son Ferriol, in the South of Mallorca, this charming estate with shared pool and well-kept garden offers accommodation to 2 people.
To start the day on the right foot, what about a swim in the 10 x 5 meters sized chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.1 to 2.25 meters. Lay down on one of the 6 loungers in the lush green garden and enjoy sunbathing or put your lounger under the shady trees. The 4000 m2 sized plot has lot of space for relaxing or a little walk. The shared front terrace is the right place for sharing a bottle of wine in the evening.

Built in the middle of 20th Century and renovated in 2005, this estate offers a few guest rooms. The advertised double room counts with a double bed, A/C, TV, wardrobe, reading chair and private shower bathroom. We will supply towels and bed linen for free. If required, we can prepare a cot and a high chair. WIFI is only available in the public areas. Every morning, you may enjoy the breakfast, included in the price.

This estate with a local flavor is set between Son Ferriol and Es Pla de na Tesa, both quiet and authentic villages. Supermarkets and many restaurants can be found nearby. A short drive takes you to the coast (8 km) and to many nice beaches like Cala Blava and Es Molinar. The airport and the capital Palma de Mallorca are quite close. A car is absolutely necessary as there's no public transport.
