This distinctive cottage with private pool and views to the countryside is located in Santa Maria del Camí. It offers three units of the Petit Category were 2 to 3 guests can sleep each.
The communal exteriors are full of romantic corners where to read a good book or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. In the middle of this idyllic spot sticks out the 16m x 9m chlorine pool with a depth between 1.5m and 1.7m, where you can swim and enjoy tranquility. The house is set around olive trees, grapevines and lots of Mediterranean plants and trees, distributed on a 22.000 m2, fenced plot. Our guests have access to an ecological garden where you can take fresh fruits and vegetables depending on the season. A cosy, furnished porch is a great spot for al fresco dining. Several stone-lined terraces are nice for relaxing or sunbathing on eight loungers. Besides, you will have access to a bodega, belonging to the establishment. This cottage is totally private and there are four units sharing the exteriors and partly the interiors.

The first historical record of this two-storey house with bags of character is dating back to the 17th century and has been reformed for our guests.

There's a communal living area with satellite-TV, A/C and a fully-equipped kitchen with gas hob and dining table on the ground floor; ideal for a meet and greet with the other guests.

The private bedroom with a double bed, A/C, wardrobe and en-suite bath with shower or bathtub is on the first floor. An extra bed, cot and high chair can be provided upon request. In total, there are three bedrooms with the same characteristics which can be booked separately.

Please keep in mind that this home has no washing machine, iron or ironing board, but the owners offer regularly towel and linen change and cleaning. There's no doubt that this cottage will make you feel at home from the very first moment.

Set in the centre of the island, Santa Maria del Camí offers everything you may need for a self-catering holiday. In the centre you can go out for a typical dinner and on Sunday there's the market. A 30 minutes' drive takes you to the capital, Palma de Mallorca and to Playa de Palma. Alcúdia's Bay, in the north, is nice for a day on the beach. The Tramuntana mountains, the Monastery of Lluc, Valldemossa, Puerto de Sóller, Sa Calobra, Cala Tuent and Deià are worth visiting.
