Wonderful duplex in first line of the sea with views to the coast and the nautical port with capacity for 4 people.
In the exteriors of this fantastic duplex you will find a nice terrace with sun loungers on the ground floor where you will be able to sunbathe. On the upper floor you will also find another terrace where you can relax and have a drink with your loved ones. It is situated on the seafront, in a quiet area with all amenities and has beautiful views of the sea and the harbour. Please note that as this is an apartment there are neighbours nearby, so privacy is partial.

Inside the duplex the living area is divided into a living-dining room equipped with AC, satellite TV and CD and DVD player. The kitchen, with ceramic hob, has all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. When it's time to sleep, there are two bedrooms with access to the terrace and AC, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A toilet and a bathroom with shower complete the stay. You can use the washing machine, iron and ironing board that you will find in the accommodation. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.

S'Estanyol de Mitjorn is a small town located on the south coast of Majorca, in the Balearic Islands, Spain. It is part of the municipality of Llucmajor and is about 20 kilometres from the island's capital, Palma de Mallorca. The population of S'Estanyol de Mitjorn is around 500 inhabitants and its economy is mainly based on fishing, nature tourism and water sports. The town has a small beach of white sand and crystal-clear waters, as well as numerous coves and natural spots of great beauty. Furthermore, in the surrounding area you can find important archaeological sites, such as the Talayotic of Capocorb Vell, which offer an insight into the rich history of the island of Mallorca.

Note: The weekend of the 24th, 25th and 26th of July are the patron saint festivities in s'Estanyol and take place just down the street from the apartment.
