Welcome to this 130m2-sized ground floor apartment for 6 people in Portocolom
The outdoor areas offer welcoming corners to have a maximum relax during the stay. On a 70m2-sized terrace you can sunbathe or read your favorite book on the sunbeds, freshen up in the outdoor shower or prepare a BBQ for your family or friends. Also, there are two porches with lawned areas. There is a parking space for one car.
The interior is light and spacious and contains a 35m2-sized living-dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
All three bedrooms offer fans and wardrobes. The first one has a double bed and an ensuite-bathroom with a hair-dryer. The second bedroom offers also a double bed. The third one has 2 single beds. A cot and a high chair can be provided upon request.
There is another bathroom with a store room where you find a washing machine, iron and an ironing board.
Porto Colom is a nice seaside town with a traditional fishermen atmosphere. Nearby there are many coves that you can discover! In this area you can also practice golf, cycling or rent a canoe. In the centre of town you will find many services and variety of restaurants and bars. If you look for more leisure offer, you could get to Cala Millor (15 km), where there are safaris for the kids. In addition, just in front of the apartment there is the boat “Starfish” that you can take to explore the island.

14 guests reviewed this property. Het huis is prima en lekker ruim. Belangrijk om te weten is dat je voor de tweede badkamer buiten om moet lopen. Douche in de eerste badkamer werkt niet fijn, wordt steeds heet/koud. In de buurt wonen honden die echt constant blaffen. Gelukkig waren we veel op pad, maar als je een dagje thuisblijft is het om gek van te worden.
The house is nice and spacious. It is important to know that you have to walk outside for the second bathroom. Shower in the first bathroom does not work well, keeps getting hot/cold. Dogs live in the neighborhood that bark all the time. Fortunately we were on the road a lot, but if you stay at home for a day it can drive you crazy.

Very spacious, clean and quiet apartment that left nothing to be desired.
La propriété était située dans un quartier résidentiel à quelques minutes du supermarché et de la plage. 3 vrais chambres, le salon est grand et la terrasse extérieur est super pour les petits déjeuner Je recommande cette propriété pour des vacances en famille et ou entre amis ! Pour information c'est une maison mais vous n'avez accès qu'au rez de chaussé. L'hôte, Toni est vraiment extrêmement gentil.
The property was located in a residential area just minutes from the supermarket and the beach. 3 real bedrooms, the living room is large and the outdoor terrace is great for breakfast. I recommend this property for vacations with family or friends! For information it is a house but you only have access to the ground floor. The host, Toni is really extremely kind.

The Landladies son lives upstairs. To enter his flat, he had to cross our terrace. Found that Strange. He also has a Dog, which behaved annoying, disturbing and defacating our terrace. The Agency - Homerti- Did Not react concerning our complaints. Disappointing. Bad service

Logement spacieux, les terrasses sont soignés. Beaucoup d'attentions (serviettes de plages, masques de plongée...)sont mises à disposition par les propriétaires. On se sent très bien dans la maison
