Very accurate description and photos of the apartment. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. Great pool, nice and quiet location. Quiet neighbors. Really great for families, nice little lawn. There's some entertainment music coming from the resort just across the road at night, however they seem to stick to their schedule as everything was quiet when we went to bed. And the kids didn't even hear it. All in all, we'd stay here again anytime.

Welcome to this lovely apartment on the seafront with incredible views and located in a quiet area of the island.
The apartment is on the first floor and it has capacity for 5 people (4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms). The en suite room (with bathtub) has sea views, double bed and TV. There is a room with two single beds and one room with one a single bed. The other bathroom has a bathtub as well. The apartment has no AC but we can provide you with fans if you need them – please ask!
The living/dining area is spacious and very well lighted. The comfortable sofas are the perfect corner to read a book, watch satellite TV, take a nap or surf on the internet. One of the sofas is a double sofa-bed, just in case you are 6 people. There is a table with chairs for 6 people to enjoy summer dinners with friends and family; during hot summer nights you can go to the terrace and enjoy the views! The kitchen has everything you might need during your holiday. As well as that, you will find washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Can Pastilla is a very lively area in summer, but this apartment is on a quiet neighborhood, where people is used to stroll on the beach or practice sports. If you follow the promenade you will reach s’Arenal, a place with facilities as surgery, supermarket, bars, restaurants and shops. If you walk the promenade direction Palma you will reach the Cathedral and the gardens of “Parc de la Mar”.
Take a walk through the small cobbled streets of the centre and discover the past of Palma. If you love arts you will find lots of exhibitions, arts galleries there and Modernist buildings as Gran Hotel.
The beach in Can Pastilla is surrounded by rocks but you will find a sand beach just 260 meters away. The southern part of the island is full of beautiful beaches that are worth to visit for a day trip. In Ses Covetes or Es Trenc you can spend a beach day, have some lunch over there and join a party seeing a stunning sunset.
This apartment will make your holiday an unforgettable experience in one of the best areas of Mallorca!

The apartment is very well equipped, spacious and comfortable with a large number of wardrobes for storage and is situated in a quieter part of Ca'n Pastilla looking towards Palma. It has lovely views overlooking Palma Bay the one downside possibly to some people may be that it's 1000 metres approximately from the flight path into and out of Palma airport but personally we enjoyed watching the planes coming and going. There are a number of Supermarkets within easy walking distance and because of it's close proximity to the airport there is a bus, number 21 which goes to Arenal and costs 5 euros single and 8 euros return, you need the first stop Hotel Linda and then a short walk 8 to 10 minutes or the taxi which cost approximately 15 /20 euros.

We visited Palma because of the 47th Trofeo Princesa Sofia which were held in the Club Maritimo San Antonio de la Playa. Very nice, clean and well equipped apartment, close to the Club. We truly enjoyed our stay. The communication was perfect, we got answers to all of our questions right away. Manuela was waiting for us in the Apartment, she was really helpful and everything worked very smoothly. Actually we left a Kindle e-book in the Apartment and she helped us delivering it to our friends immediately. Also the neighbours were very kind. Thanks again! A perfect place to stay, clear recommendation."

Hat uns aber nicht sonderlich gestört. Für uns kommt wegen der ansonsten tollen Lage und der Aussicht eine erneute Buchung in Frage.
See more Nice and large apartment. Description was very accurate. Even tough we went there in the middle of July and the temperature was very high, the apartment was keeping rather cool. Of course we had to sleep with the windows open, the air traffic did not disturb us. We liked that the balcony was headed to the sea and the beachwalk. The kitchen was well equipped and we used it frequent. The owner was very welcoming and willing to assist if we needed anything. Overall a very nice stay and we will come back to Can Pastilla and hopefully this apartment as well.
