This amazing property is located in Marbella and can accommodate up to 4 people.
In the exterior of this wonderful urbanization in which the apartment is located you will find two chlorine swimming pools. The first one has a size of 18m x 9m and a depth range between 1m and 2.2m and is ideal for warm summer days. The little ones can cool off in the children's pool, run around in the extensive communal gardens or play in the children's playground. The terrace of the apartment is perfect to enjoy a nice time together, as it has comfortable sofas and a dining area, as well as direct access to the garden. Please note that there are neighbours nearby, so privacy is partial.

The interiors of the appartment are a real marvel, decorated in a modern and cosy style and offer all the comforts. You will find a spacious living room open to the dining room with Smart TV. All the rooms have AC. The kitchen has a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. When it is time to sleep, you can choose either of the two bedrooms available. Both have en-suite bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. You will be able to use the washing machine, iron and ironing board that you will find in the accommodation. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide a cot and high chair.

The property is located in Marbella, which is known for its golden sandy beaches, warm Mediterranean climate and luxurious lifestyle. Just a few kilometres from the accommodation you will reach Puerto Banús, Spain's most luxurious marina, where you can see luxury yachts, high-end brand shops, trendy restaurants and bars. It is an ideal place to stroll around and enjoy the breathtaking views. We recommend a visit to La Alameda Park, a large park that stretches along Marbella's promenade and features a lake with ducks, a children's play area and plenty of green areas for picnicking or enjoying the outdoors. For sports lovers, there is a golf course close to the property. And, if you want to delve into the culture of this wonderful city, don't hesitate to visit the Casco Historico, which is one of the oldest areas of the city where the Arab, Christian and Jewish culture is mixed. Here you will find cobbled streets, beautiful squares and numerous historic buildings.

The swimming pool is open all day from April to October.
