Lovely apartment for 4 guests 150 metres away from the beach in Port Pollenca.
The cosy terrace of this second floor apartment -of a building with no lift- is perfect to enjoy a delicious breakfast in the morning or to read a book or to enjoy a glass wine in the evening while you admire the sunset after a long day at the beach. In fact, this is the perfect accommodation if this is your vacation plan since you'll hit the beach in a short walk.

The living area is located in the same space than the dining room and it is comfy and fresh. It offers a dining table and 4 chairs where you can enjoy your meals all together, and a comfortable sofa where you can take a nap, or simply watch TV for a while. The kitchen is independent and features a ceramic hob as well as all utensils to cook your best recipes. The laundry room is by the kitchen and is equipped with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The rooms in this apartment are spacious, both with a closet. One has a double bed and the other has twin beds. A baby cot and a high-chair can be provided. Finally, there is a bathroom with a tub for the whole accommodation. There are 2 fans.

Puerto Pollença is one of the most recommended and well known areas of our island, where you can stroll along its beautiful promenade on top of its magnificent beaches and visit its modern shops and ingenious craft shops. The great beach only is 150 metres away from the apartment. We recommend you visit Pollença town, only 8 km away; it's rich in architectural heritage and can be a lovely place to visit. The nearest golf course is the one of Pollença, about 5.5 km away.
