The property features a pleasant rooftop terrace, accessed via stairs located inside the house. It is an ideal space to make the most of the island’s wonderful climate, sunbathe or prepare a delicious barbecue with your companions. There is also a balcony, a perfect spot to start the day with a coffee and enjoy a relaxing moment.

The living room is equipped with air conditioning and a Smart TV and connects to the dining area, which is open to the kitchen, creating a practical space for spending time together as a family. The kitchen has a ceramic hob and is fully equipped with all the utensils you need to cook just as you would at home. A washing machine and dryer are also available. When it is time to rest, there are three bedrooms, all with wardrobes, air conditioning and direct access to the balcony. The main bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom also has a double bed, while the third features a trundle bed with two single beds. A second full bathroom with a shower serves the rest of the house. If you are travelling with a baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair.

The location is perfect, as everything you need is within walking distance: the sandy beach, numerous restaurants, cafés, shops and supermarkets... By car, you can easily reach other beaches such as Playa de Muro and Son Serra de Marina. Alcúdia’s historic centre is a must-see. Take a stroll along the walls surrounding the old town, where you will find restaurants serving excellent Mallorcan cuisine. Market days are held on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
