Welcome to this cozy apartment located in Conil de la Frontera and with capacity for 8 guests.
The exterior of the property is ideal to enjoy the southern climate. In the communal gardens you will find a shared chlorine pool, with dimensions of 15 m x 8 m and a depth range of between 1 m and 1'8 m, which can be accessed directly from the courtyard of the house. The little ones can also cool off while splashing in the paddling pool. Once in the apartment, a large terrace with barbecue, porch and a large table will be perfect to enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions. A second terrace with space to hang out the clothes in case you need it, offers unobstructed views of the area. Due to its location in an urbanization, the house has direct neighbors.

The interior of the two-storey accommodation is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On the main floor you will find a large living room with TV, a kitchen with ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably and a bathroom with shower. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Upstairs are the four bedrooms. Two of them have two single beds, while another one has a trundle bed and another one has a double bed and an en suite bathroom with bathtub. On this floor there is another independent bathroom with shower. There is a toilet and a radiator at your disposal. If you travel with your baby, we can provide a crib and a highchair.

The house is located in Conil de la Frontera, a beautiful fishing village on the coast of Cadiz. Near your accommodation you will find all the necessary services to enjoy an independent stay, as well as bars, restaurants and entertainment venues where you can enjoy the local gastronomy. Conil is ideal to get lost in the narrow streets of its historic center and soak up the culture of the south without giving up the sun and the beach. The coastline of Conil is unique due to the absence of buildings, which has allowed the beaches are preserved virtually untouched. You cannot leave without having enjoyed a walk on the beach of La Fontanilla, which is the closest to your accommodation. The more sporty ones will also be able to practice diving, surf or explore the diverse routes to make on foot or in bicycle that the zone offers them.

The swimming pool is open during the summer months.
