The apartment is located on the first floor of a building without a lift and has a modern, practical layout designed for a comfortable stay. The bright and welcoming living room is equipped with air conditioning and a Smart TV, creating the perfect setting to relax at the end of the day. It opens onto the dining area, while the kitchen is conveniently positioned on the other side of the bar, creating a sociable and functional space for enjoying meals together. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and all the essential utensils and appliances needed for everyday cooking. The sleeping area includes two comfortable bedrooms, both with wardrobes and air conditioning. One bedroom has a double bed, while the second is furnished with two single beds. The apartment also features a full bathroom with a washbasin and bathtub. A separate laundry area with a washing machine, iron and ironing board adds extra convenience, particularly for longer stays. For families travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair can also be provided.

The apartment is set in the peaceful coastal area of Cala Pi, in the south of Mallorca, making it an excellent base for a relaxing seaside holiday. A few kilometres away, Talaiot Capocorb Vell is well worth visiting and is one of Mallorca’s most significant prehistoric sites. The spectacular beaches of Es Trenc and Ses Covetes are also easily reached by car, offering long stretches of sand and turquoise waters. Golf lovers can enjoy Golf Son Antem – Mallorca, which features two 18-hole courses near Llucmajor. The area is particularly appealing for guests looking to combine relaxing beach days with hiking, cycling, archaeology and scenic coastal excursions.
