Charming apartment in Sant Elm in the first line of the sea with unbeatable views, ideal for a perfect holiday! It has a capacity for 4 people.
In its fully furnished terrace you can have breakfast overlooking the best of the island, its beautiful sea and mountains. Eating or dining on this terrace will be a privilege and delight only for just a few. Just take into account that part of the terrace constitutes a coast passing place, thus some people can occasionally go through.
When you enter you find a wonderful space shared by the living room, the dining room and kitchen. Its large terrace window gives a special light to the whole room, which features a comfortable sofa and two armchairs, from where you can admire the sea, or you can watch your favourite TV series in the satellite TV. The very spacious and bright kitchen with electric hob, has everything you may need to prepare your best dishes. The laundry is located in the kitchen and has washing machine, iron and ironing board.
There are two comfortable bedrooms, with a closet and a fan each of them, where you can rest after an excellent beach-day. One of them has two single beds,while the second has a double bed. There is a bathroom with a shower that serves the whole house. If you travel with little children we can provide you with a crib and a highchair to make your stay more pleasant and comfortable.
Sant Elm is one of the most spectacular areas of the island, thanks to its crystal clear waters and its protected environment between sea and mountains. In the area you can find local people of the island and different shops and restaurants of Mediterranean food. From Sant Elm you can make a boat trip to Sa Dragonera, a "must visit" for all the tourists in Mallorca. Sa Dragonera is a small island belonging to the Balearic Islands and protected as a natural space with the category of Natural Park, where you will be able to enjoy its fauna and flora in addition to contemplating its unbeatable crystalline waters that will make you fall in love with that beautiful place.

“, midden in een rustige baai met de hele dag zon op je terras. 5 minuten lopen van het centrum met restaurants en een strandje. Vanaf hier kun je fantastisch wandelen, wielrennen of een tocht maken naar eiland la Dragonera. Voor 22 h is het stil, geen disco. Wij hebben er van genoten. ”
