This ground floor offers you a spacious and comfortable living room, with satellite TV, and a fully equipped kitchen, including ceramic hob. It has two bedrooms with wardrobes,situated on the first floor, one with double bed and one with two single beds, and two bathrooms, one with shower on the ground floor and one with bathtub on the first floor. You will dispose of a fan in each bedroom just in case of hot summer nights, but surely you will prefer to open the windows enjoying the soft and fresh breeze of the close sea. If you are traveling with a baby, we provide a cot and a highchair. There is a washing machine, an iron andan ironing board for your service.

S'Estanyol is a very quiet urbanization where you can find restaurants, bars and only in a distance of only 600 m you enjoy a totally unspoilt beach called S'Estalella, ideal for walking along the beach or cooling down in the water. A real must is visiting the lighthouse and the tower of S'Estalella. Sa Ràpita is only 2 km away, where you can find a greater diversity of services. A further 1.5 km away is the beach of Es Trenc, one of the best beaches in Mallorca, considered a natural spot for its transparent waters and white sand.

Note: The rental of this property is made based on Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994, of November 24, on urban leases. For which you will have the property for your seasonal use. In this contract the tenant will not be offered any kind of tourist service, consisting solely of the transfer of the use and enjoyment of the property.
