This modern and charming chalet, with spectacular sea views, is located in Son Serra de Marina and is ideal for 4 guests. Here you can enjoy the beauty and tranquillity that the area has to offer.
The spacious terrace is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sea breeze after a day at the beach. You will be able to enjoy your meals in the open air with unbeatable views. You have direct access to the living-dining room.
The living-dining room is ideal for reading a book, watching satellite TV or simply relaxing looking out of the window enjoying the views of the sea and the mountains of Cap Farrutx. The gas cooker has all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. Both rooms have wardrobes. A full bathroom with shower completes your stay. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.
The chalet is located in a quiet residential area close to the sea. You will find a rocky beach at 20m and a large sandy beach of more than 1km in length at only 500m. At the end of the urbanisation you can find bars and restaurants. There is also a stand up paddle board rental, ideal for a fun morning with your friends and family. Only 10 minutes away by car is Ca'n Picafort, a very urbanised area where you will find plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and leisure facilities.

Die Wohnung liegt fantastisch, der Ausblick ist super . Zum Strand kann man zu Fuss gehen . Die Strände in son serea sind komplett naturbelassen. Ein Auto ist von Vorteil. Die Küche kann mal eine Grundreinigung mit einem guten Reiniger und Fettlöser vertragen. Das gilt für alle Küchenschränke sowie für deren Inhalt. Ansonsten eine sehr gute Wohnung mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Sehr gut sind die Aluschiebe Elemente vor den Fenstern und Türen , die kann man verschliessen und die Lamellen öffnen ,damit der Wind durchpfeifen kann . Vermieter sind selten da gewesen, war aber ganz angenehm, so hat man das Haus quasi für sich. Alles in allem sehr gut. LG Jutta u.Peter Fischer
The apartment is in a fantastic location, the view is great. You can walk to the beach. The beaches in son serea are completely natural. A car is an advantage. The kitchen could use a basic cleaning with a good cleaner and degreaser. This applies to all kitchen cupboards and their contents. Otherwise a very good apartment with everything your heart desires. The aluminum sliding elements in front of the windows and doors are very good; you can close them and open the slats so that the wind can whistle through. Landlords were rarely there, but it was very pleasant, so you basically had the house to yourself. All in all very good. LG Jutta and Peter Fischer

Nice holiday, very good experience. The only small improvement suggestion is to provide more detailed description how to go to apartment entrance and where to find the keys/key box. When arriving in the middle of night, this was not obvious and took us some time.

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!!! We have amazing stay in house BORGES in Son Sierra De Marina. Place is absolutely perfect for Families and chilled holiday, where not many people can disturb your peaceful relaxing stay. Not only the view from terrace is magnificent, house was perfectly prepared and cleaned with all facilities and huge amount of towels, blankets, fresh pillows etc. Perfect huge terrace showing you incredible view for mountain on both sides with the azure colour of the sea bouncing against the rocks it ,really calms you down and perfectly settle your mind for afternoon nap on the terrace

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Die selten anwesenden Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Der seitlich Ausblick (sowohl rechts als auch links) aufs Meer ist traumhaft. Der Sonnenaufgang über den Bergen ist vom Wohnzimmerfenster ebenfalls gut zu beobachten. Eine riesige Terrasse gehört direkt zur Wohnung und kann auch vom Wohnzimmer aus über die bodentiefe Fenster betreten werden. Über eine Wendeltreppe gelangt man von der Terasse zur Dachterrasse, die sich direkt über der Wohnung befindet. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Nur ein Geschirrspüler würde diese noch bereichern. Die Waschmaschine ist ein absolutes Plus, grade mit Kindern. Da es im April abends noch recht kühl werden kann, stand in der sonst heizungslosen Wohnung noch ein Öl-Radiator zur Verfügung. Genügend Decken waren außerdem vorhanden, so dass alle angenehm schlafen konnten. Was auch sehr angenehm war, ist dass jeder Raum sehr gut mit den außen angebrachten Fensterläden abgedunkelt werden konnte. Vom Garten des Hauses gelangt man direkt an den Steinstrand, wo auch gerne geangelt wird. Einige Fußminuten entfernt beginnt der feine Sandstarnd. Der Ort war im April noch sehr ruhig. Ein Mietwagen ist grade für Ausflüge und größere Einkäufe sinnvoll. Im Nachbarort Can Picafort gibt es neben kleineren Supermärkten auch Mercadona und Eroski, die alles anbieten was man benötigt. In der Wohnung stand auch WLAN zur Verfügung. Diese konnte mit dem zur Verfügung gestellten Passwort ohne weitere Schwierigkeiten sofort genutzt werden. Die Ferienwohnung würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.
The accommodation was very nice. The hosts, who were rarely present, were very friendly. The side view (both right and left) of the sea is fantastic. The sunrise over the mountains can also be clearly seen from the living room window. A huge terrace belongs directly to the apartment and can also be accessed from the living room via the floor-to-ceiling windows. A spiral staircase leads from the terrace to the roof terrace, which is located directly above the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped. Only a dishwasher would enrich this. The washing machine is an absolute plus, especially with children. Since it can still be quite cool in the evenings in April, an oil radiator was available in the otherwise unheated apartment. There were also enough blankets so that everyone could sleep comfortably. What was also very pleasant was that every room could be darkened very well with the shutters on the outside. From the garden of the house you can get directly to the stone beach, where fishing is also popular. The fine sandy beach begins a few minutes' walk away. The place was still very quiet in April. A rental car makes sense especially for excursions and larger purchases. In the neighboring town of Can Picafort, in addition to smaller supermarkets, there are also Mercadona and Eroski, which offer everything you need. WiFi was also available in the apartment. This could be used immediately with the password provided without any further difficulties. We would book the holiday apartment again at any time.

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit auf Mallorca verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Urlaub eben braucht. Die beiden Terrassen mit dem Blick auf's Meer waren der Hit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank! Es gibt nur Kleinigkeiten, die uns aufgefallen sind. Z.B. wäre ein Hinweis auf die Mülltrennung hilfreich gewesen, das haben wir nur zufällig entdeckt. Und der Handtuchhalter im Bad sollte unbedingt erneuert werden.
We had a great time in Mallorca. The apartment was very nice, clean and equipped with everything you need for a vacation. The two terraces with a view of the sea were a hit. We felt very comfortable. Thank you! There are just little things that we noticed. For example, a note about waste separation would have been helpful, but we only discovered that by chance. And the towel rack in the bathroom should definitely be replaced.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Die Immobilie ist in einem guten bis sehr gutem Zustand und entsprach weitgehend der Beschreibung. Also Gesamtbewertung: Sehr gut! Ein paar Dinge sind zu beachten: Es ist dort im April sehr ruhig und man sollte besser mobil sein (Mietfahrzeug). Es gibt keine direkte Meersicht, nur seitlich. Die Sauberkeit entsprach nicht ganz unseren zugegeben hohen Ansprüchen.(Messer Teller Gläser mussten vor Gebrauch gereinigt werden) Der Internetanschluss erfolgt über eine orange Airbox (Telefonkarte) Nach 800 MB Datenverbrauch fiel die Geschwindigkeit so sehr, dass die Benutzung nur begrenzt möglich war. Hätten wir das gewusst, wären wir mit dem Datenvolumen "haushalterischer" umgegangen. Die Beschreibung für die Anfahrt war sehr gut. Es fehlte aber eine Beschreibung, wo sich die Schlüsselbox bzw. der Aufgang zum ersten Stock befindet. Wir haben in der ganzen Zeit niemanden von der Vermieterorganisation gesehen. Im April kann es noch recht kühl sein. Die Wohnung war leider nicht geheizt und wir hatten nur einen kleinen mobilen Elektroofen. So waren die ersten Tage recht kühl. Die Lage war für uns wirklich top. Wir haben die Ruhe genossen, abseits vom Touristenrummel. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.
The stay was very pleasant. The property is in good to very good condition and largely corresponded to the description. So overall rating: Very good! A few things to note: It is very quiet there in April and it is better to be mobile (rental vehicle). There is no direct sea view, only sideways. The cleanliness didn't quite meet our admittedly high standards. (Knives, plates, glasses had to be cleaned before use) The internet connection is via an orange airbox (telephone card). After 800 MB of data consumption, the speed dropped so much that use was only possible to a limited extent. If we had known that, we would have handled the data volume more carefully. The description of how to get there was very good. However, there was no description of where the key box or the entrance to the first floor is located. We didn't see anyone from the landlord organization the entire time. It can still be quite cool in April. Unfortunately the apartment was not heated and we only had a small mobile electric oven. The first few days were quite cool. The location was really great for us. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of tourists. We would like to come back at any time.

Sehr empfehlenswert diese Wohnung. Zwei Jahre alt, komplett eingerichtet, tolle Strandlage, fast direkter Meereszugang zum Baden, sehr netter Eigentümer, grosszügige Terrasse und Dachterrasse, ideal für Ausflugsfahrten im Bereich NO oder Dünenwanderungen. Son Serra de Marina ist ein ruhiges Städchchen weit, weit weg vom Ballermann. Erholungsfaktor sehr hoch, Infrastruktur mit zwei kleinen Supermärkten und vier Restaurants absolut ausreichend, Wellengang bei NO-Wind für Wellensurfer ideal.
Highly recommend this apartment. Two years old, fully furnished, great beach location, almost direct access to the sea for swimming, very nice owner, spacious terrace and roof terrace, ideal for excursions in the NE area or dune hikes. Son Serra de Marina is a quiet little town far, far away from the Ballermann. Recreation factor is very high, infrastructure with two small supermarkets and four restaurants is absolutely sufficient, waves with NE winds are ideal for wave surfers.
