Nice semi-detached villa 5 minutes walk from the sandy beach in Son Serra de Marina, offering a second home to 5 people.
The bright rooms are distributed on the first floor, as the ground floor is closed and uninhabited. On the terrace you can enjoy a long breakfast accompanied by spectacular views of the Mediterranean. The entrance terrace is a shady place to make a barbecue with friends. This chalet has direct neighbors.

The interior of the house is decorated in very light style, including a modern lounge with satellite TV (channels in English and French) and a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob and a dining table. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are on the terrace. There are three bedrooms; one with two single beds, one with a double bed for 2 people and one room with a double bed for 1 guest; in total 5 guests. If you travel with a baby, we provide a cot and a highchair. A bathroom with shower gives service to the whole house. In total, there are three fans available.

Son Serra de Marina is a quiet place in the north of Mallorca, forming part of the Bay of Alcúdia. In the village there is a grocery store, a pharmacy and a good restaurants next to the beach. The coast is mostly rocky, but at the end there is a wonderful, large sandy beach. Around there you can find several trails through the dunes or next to the shore and you can reach Colonia de Sant Pere or the Public Estate of Son Real. And if you still want to walk, from Son Real you can go to the Necropolis of Can Picafort with Bronze Age tombs. Big supermarkets, shops, more restaurants and services are in Can Picafort, about 15 minutes by car.
