Set in Maria de la Salut, in the northern part of Mallorca, this nice cottage with private pool welcomes 6 people.
There's a private, 3.5m x 3.5m chlorine pool with a depth of 1.2m and an exterior shower. Afternoons can be spend basking in the sun on one of the five sun loungers. The old olive tree provides shade during the hottest hours. If you like cooking outside, there's a BBQ. Children and adults will enjoy playing ping-pong (there are racquets and balls). The furnished terrace on the first floor is a nice spot for having breakfast. This nice house is set in the outskirts of Maria de la Salut, the plot is fenced and there are several neighbours.

The lovely sitting-dining room is on the ground floor and has air conditioning and satellite-TV. The bright kitchen with vitro hob is fully-equipped to prepare your favourite meals. The television in the kitchen has only local channels. There's a laundry with washer, iron and ironing board. A double bedroom with A/C and wardrobe and bath with bath tub are also on the ground floor. Upstairs you'll find a double bedroom with A/C and a bedroom with trundle bed (without A/C). We can prepare a cot and a high chair for our youngest guests.

After a nice dinner and a few glasses of wine you can go home by foot, as this lovely house is in the outskirts of the town. Maria de la Salut is a small, enchanting village and is nice for long walks through the cobbled streets. You'll find a grocery shop, a bank and several good restaurants in the centre.

A car is necessary to go to the north coast and to fabulous beaches like Can Picafort, Puerto de Alúdia and Playa de Muro, all fine grained, family-friendly and with crystal clear waters. During the summer, you can go for a drink at night in Can Picafort and Puerto de Alcúdia. If you're into sports, you can practise water sports in the coast, play golf in the golf course of Puntiro or cycle.
