Welcome to the lovely and charming village of Pina, where this fantastic two storey house for 6-7 guests is located
It hides a particular history, since it is part of a main old house which has been divided in different houses with the passage of time. This is one of these houses, which has been recently restored with a exquisite style. The garden emanates life, joy and peace thanks to is green lawn, perfect to enjoy a sunny day and play with the little ones. You can have a Mediterranean breakfast under the porch and cook a barbecue to have dinner in the evening accompanied by the starry sky of the island.

The interiors, completely restored, modern and stylishly decorated are distributed into two floors. On the main floor you will find the living room with two comfortable sofas, satellite TV, and a space to have a seat and read or have a coffee and exit to outdoors. The kitchen, with an induction top, oven, microwave and a spacious countertop, is equipped with a dining table to have family lunches. The laundry is equipped with an ironing board, a washing machine and an iron. There are two shower bathroom and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds, both with a closet. The third bedroom with a double bed and a closet has room enough for a folding bed where the extra guest can rest. A cot and a high chair are available on request. A fan is provided for each bedroom.

Pina is a little and quiet village, surrounded by productive fields mainly irrigated and dedicated to the farming of cereals, almond trees, fig trees, and carob trees. It has been inhabited for a long time and that is why plenty of archaeological remains have been found, like talaiots or artificial caves. In conclusion, it has a great charm and places of cultural interest like its church, Sa Creu, the Convent, the Fountain and the valley and the lookout of Pina from where you can admire the beautiful landscape. Nature lovers will enjoy the excursions from this place. The nearest beach is in Palma, the capital of the island, where you will also find a great cultural and leisure variety and services.
