Welcome to this large house, ideal for 12 people, near the beach of Porto Cristo
The exterior of the property offers a pleasant terrace to enjoy the outdoors. The patio features an outdoor dining area, and there is also a table with chairs on the porch. There is a barbecue where you can prepare a meal with your companions, and you can take a refreshing cold shower on the hottest days or when returning from the beach to rinse off the sand.

The house is distributed over two independent floors, ideal for enjoying time with family or friends. Access is via the exterior staircase, and you will find everything you need for a well-deserved holiday. On the ground floor there is a living-dining room, perfect for extending the evenings chatting or watching a movie on the Smart TV. The kitchen runs on gas and is equipped with all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. There are three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with twin beds. Two bathrooms with showers complete this floor. Going up the stairs, you reach the first floor, which has the same layout as the ground floor. The living-dining room also has a Smart TV. The kitchen is induction and includes a small table with two stools, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. There are three bedrooms, two with twin beds and one with a double bed, as well as two full bathrooms with showers. All bedrooms on both floors are equipped with air conditioning, and there are also two fans available to place wherever you prefer. If you are travelling with a baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair. On each ground level you will find the laundry area with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The house is located in the centre of Porto Cristo, with all necessary services close at hand such as a supermarket, shops, restaurants, etc. The sandy beach of Porto Cristo, with its fine golden sand, is about a 10-minute walk away. You can also head to the nearest golf course to practise your favourite sport or visit one of the jewels of our island, the Caves of Drach.

A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
