This fantastic property has access to two furnished terraces – one of 20 m2 located at the front of the house and the other of 30 m2 at the rear – where you can share unforgettable moments with your loved ones. With the mobile barbecue you can delight your friends and family by cooking fabulous meals outdoors. The privacy of this property is partial.
In the living-dining room, which has air-conditioning, you can get away from your daily routine by watching satellite TV, reading or enjoying endless table-talks with your people. The separate kitchen has everything you need to surprise your guests with your best recipes. The separate utility room has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are three bedrooms (one double-bedded, one twin-bedded, and one with a bunk) with wardrobes, and air-conditioning in two of them. The apartment is provided with two heaters and a cot, in case you need one. There is a full bathroom with a bath.
The property is located in the tourist area of Can Picafort, a town which has access to many services and leisure activities both during the day and the night, and which holds an outdoor market every Friday morning, where you can buy many local products. Within walking distance, you will find Son Real, a finca open to the public where you can walk around its dunes, and streams, see its typical Mediterranean vegetation, and visit the archaeological remains. There are also beautiful sandy beaches ideal for water sports such as windsurfing, kite-surfing, and jet skiing, for boat trips and for renting all kinds of vehicles.
NOTE: The rental of this property is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically the Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases, for which the property is available for seasonal use. This contract will consist of the cession of rights of use and enjoyment of the property. The lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist service.
Pets are not allowed.
