This beautiful summer house is located in s'Estanyol - sa Rapita, in Southern Majorca. It is only a few metres away from the sea and it offers a second home for 4 guests.
This little village house is located only a few metres away from the sea and from the s'Estanyol cove, and it is ideal for people who want to spend their holiday in a quiet and natural surrounding. You can sit at the street views porch in the evening and enjoy a cup of wine hearing the sea waves rumour in the backgorund.

The inside style is simple but comfortable and all rooms are placed on a single floor and 75 m2. The dining room has access to the terrace and it offers a dining table for 6 people as well as satellite television. The kitchen has the basic equipment to cook simple dishes and it includes a gas hob, a coffee pot and a microwave. The laundry area with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board is ta the terrace. There is a bathtub and bidet bathroom for the accommodation. Here you will rest in three bedrooms, all with a double bed and a wardrobe. All bedrooms have their own door but to enter the second bedroom you have to pass through the first bedroom ( it means there is a passing place bedroom). The house offers two fans, a cot and a high chair under request.

The rocky beach and the sea rae only 300 metres away, while the sandy Racó de s'Arena beach is more or less 15-20 minutes away on walking. You can explore more dreaming beaches like sa Rapita, ses Covetes or es Trenc by car or bicycle. There are some restaurants, bars and a grocery shop in Sa Rapita village. More services can be found in Colonia de Sant Jordi where you can try our good Mediterranean cuisine at the local restaurants. You can make a boat excursion to the Cabrera island in summer, a natural protected area.
