This nice house with sun terrace and Jacuzzi is 170 meters from the sea in S'Illot and welcomes 6 guests.
The front terrace is nice for a family dinner; but the main reason you may adore this property is the roof terrace with Jacuzzi, sun loungers and exterior shower. There's also a barbecue to prepare tasty meals outside. A glass of wine on the sofa in the chill-out area is a leisurely affair. The plot is fenced and there are next-door neighbours.

This place is just perfect for family and friends seeking holidays near the beach. The decoration is simple but cozy. The terrace gives access to the living room where you can sit down on the sofa and watch a film on the satellite-TV. The living room counts with A/C for the summer and a stove for the winter. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a dining table for six guests, a gas stove and kitchenware. The washing machine, iron and ironing board can be found in the garage. There are three bedrooms: one with a double bed, A/C, closet and shower bath en-suite and two more twin bedrooms. Besides, there's a bath with bathtub. A cot and a high chair are available on request.

The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood, only 170 meters from the rocky beach and the sea. The sand beach of S'Illot is 500 meters away. Visit the Drach Caves in Portocristo and see the underground lake. If you fancy going out during the night, go to Cala Millor where lots of pubs and bars are waiting. If you like to visit a tranquil place, you could go to Portocolom or the chapel of Sant Salvador. Southwards, you'll find many nice beaches and bays.
