Outside this wonderful property you will find a large terrace with sun loungers so you can relax in the sun while enjoying the warm Mediterranean climate. Cook your favourite dishes on the barbecue available and in the company of your loved ones. The outdoor dining area will be ideal for long evenings. Please note that being located in a village, the house has direct neighbours, so privacy is partial.

Inside, the house is divided into two floors. On the ground floor you will find a dining room with AC and Smart TV, a fully independent kitchen with ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. When it is time to sleep on this floor there are two double bedrooms both with AC. One of them has an en-suite bathroom with shower and you will be able to use an extra bathroom, also with shower, on this floor. The stairs lead to the upper floor, where there is another living-dining room, also with AC, a second fully equipped kitchen and two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with shower and AC both. This house is ideal for families who want to travel together but still maintain their independence and privacy. You will be able to use the washing machine, iron and ironing board in the accommodation. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair.

Caimari is a small village located in the Sierra de Tramuntana, in Mallorca, and is an ideal destination for those who are looking for a quiet and authentic place to enjoy the local nature and culture. For hiking enthusiasts, Caimari is the perfect starting point to explore the mountains, as there are several hiking trails starting from the village that will take you through forests and breathtaking landscapes. This village is well known for its olive oil production and every year the traditional olive oil festival takes place, where tastings of all kinds of olive oil are offered as well as typical dishes of the local gastronomy.
