In this beautiful 120m2 house, you can enjoy a quiet breakfast in the cosy, furnished patio, or prepare a tasty barbecue dinner with your friends.
The interior is modern with some traditional elements. In the living room, for example, you will find a comfortable sofa, as well as a restored rocking chair, to watch TV. There is wifi connection. The living room opens up to a dining room and an open kitchen. This area is well equipped, with a vitro hob and all necessary utensils to cook. On the ground floor, there is one bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with a double bed and a wardrobe, styled in a Mediterranean way. One of them has access to a terrace to enjoy the sunshine in one of the hammocks. Between both rooms, there is a common area to read a book or relax. On this floor, there is a toilet.
Artá is a romantic village in the north of the island, where you will find traditions, modernities and nature. This part of the island counts with a protected marine area and a natural park. It counts with 25 km of coast with untouched coves like Aubarca or Cala Torta. Don’t forget to visit the Caves of Artà, surrounded by mountains bending over the sea.

TIPS & PRECAUTIONS
