Set in the north of Majorca, in Pollença, this charming town house can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
Spend your holidays in the romantic town of Pollença, 8 km from the beach and in the midst of the Tramuntana mountain range. After a day full of activities, sit down in the patio, have a barbecue and share a bottle of wine with your loved ones. As this house is in the village, there are next-door neighbours.

This house offers accommodation on two floors and 240m2. The interior is a blend of mellow colors and wooden furniture, combined with modern equipment. The air conditioned living-dining room is nice for a tranquil evening, watching TV (satellite channels available) or having lunch together. The kitchen is well equipped, including a vitro hob, high chair, dishwasher and electric oven. There's a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board in the laundry room. A toilet is on the ground floor.

All three bedrooms are located on the ground floor. Two come with twin beds while the third is equipped with a double bed. The latter has access to a balcony and counts with a private shower bath and a cot if necessary. A bath with bathtub and bidet is on the first floor. For colder evenings, there are up to seven radiators available.

Pollença old town is one of the most beautiful and charming places in Majorca North. You can visit the Calvary (Calvario) or the Roman Bridge (Puente Romano). Afterwards, make a stroll through the cobbled streets, have a coffee or a meal at the main square. The next sand beach, Puerto de Pollença, is about 8 km from the house and it is a family-friendly, fine grained beach. If you like outdoor activities, you could hike, cycle or make different excursions, for example to Cap Formentor.
