It counts with a spacious garden, a furnished terrace, a well-furnished porch, a barbecue and direct views and access to the beautiful, rocky beach.

The 159m2 2-storey house very charming and bohemian with its hand-painted tiles. It counts with 4 bedrooms: 2 on the ground floor (with 2 individual beds each and air conditioning) and 2 on the first floor (1 with 2 individual beds and air conditioning and 1 with an individual bed). One of the bedrooms counts with TV. On request, there is a baby bed and a highchair available. There are 2 bathrooms for general use, both with a bath tub (one on each floor).

The cozy living- and dining room counts with 2 sofas, satellite TV, a fire place and a dining table. The independent kitchen works with a hob and counts with all necessary utensils to prepare a wonderful meal. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

S'Estanyol de Artà is small, quiet urbanisation next to Colònia Sant Pere. It is the perfect place for those who are looking for peace&quiet. Artà is only 15km away. There you will find everything you need during your stay. You will surely enjoy a visit to the Caves of Artà. In the nearby surroundings, you will find magnificent beaches and coves like Colònia Sant Pere, Betlem or Son Serra de Marina. In Can Picafort, at 20km, you will find all kinds of shops, restaurants and tourist attractions.
