This great villa with private pool and on the outskirts of Selva welcomes 6 guests.
In this property, surrounded by nature, you are met by a cosy building with an above ground pool of 9 x 4 metres and 1.2 metres depth. Just by the pool, you have an artificial lawn area with 4 sun loungers, a shower and a barbecue where you can cook delicious meals to enjoy at the porch later. Next, you'll find a terrace furnished with simplicity and another porch where you can have a seat and enjoy a reading in peace. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around, although you will enjoy total privacy.

Inside, a large room with AC and a wood stove, combines the living - dining room with a simple kitchen. It is equipped on the one hand, with TV-sat and a DVD player, and on the other, with a ceramic hob and oven. There's another dining-kitchen where you can celebrate your banquets. You can enter this space either from the inside or from the pool area and it's equipped with a gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, fridge and everything you need to cook during your vacation, even a fireplace! A washing machine, an iron and ironing board are available. There are 3 bedrooms with a closet each. Two of them are on the ground floor and offer a double bed. The last one is upstairs and it features twin beds. You will find a baby cot, a high-chair and 2 fans available. Two bathrooms with a bath, one of them jetted, complete the main floor and the accommodation.

Selva is a beautiful and family town located at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range. It's about 1.9 km from the property and it offers all needed services like a supermarket, bars and restaurants and it's perfect as a starting point to enjoy mountain routes. You'll also find an easy access to the beaches in the north like Puerto de Alcudia or Playa de Muro.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
