This beautiful house, located near Llucmajor, welcomes 6 guests.
The exterior of this house is perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. Here you will find a private 8 m x 4 m saltwater pool, fully fenced and fitted with a lockable gate to prevent unaccompanied minors from entering. The pool features a programmed automatic self-cleaning Pool Valet system, a shallow beach-style area for relaxing and for children to play in, with around 40 cm of water, and a depth ranging from 1 m to 1.70 m. There are also sun loungers, garden furniture with a side table, a sunshade awning, and a porch with a barbecue where you can enjoy meals or drinks with your companions. The property is completely enclosed around its entire perimeter and offers total privacy.

On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall leading to a spacious patio and the interior staircase up to the first floor. On the first floor, there is a landing area; to the right, you will find a guest toilet and a large living-dining room equipped with 2 three-seater sofas, 6 chairs with a dining table, a side table, several armchairs, and a Smart TV with access to international satellite channels. In a separate room, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a gas hob, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, American-style fridge with water and ice dispenser, chest freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, Italian coffee maker, kettle, Smart TV, 2 armchairs, a dining table, and 6 chairs. From the kitchen, there is access to the pantry and the utility room, which includes a washing machine, dryer, clothes airer, iron, and ironing board. To the left, there is another hallway leading to 3 bedrooms with double beds, all of them with full en-suite bathrooms (2 with bathtubs and 1 with a shower), wardrobes and/or a dressing room. All rooms have natural light, shutters to darken the glass doors and windows, individual air conditioning units with heat pump, and water radiators for heating in winter. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair.

The surroundings of the house will make you forget all your stress and are ideal if you are looking to get away from tourism and enjoy a rural holiday. Even so, in less than 20 minutes by car, you can reach the coast and Cala Pi, a charming sandy cove with a very special atmosphere. In general, the south of the island is home to many wonderful beaches, such as Es Trenc, Sa Ràpita, and Ses Covetes. The towns of Llucmajor and Campos offer everything you may need during your stay. Near Llucmajor, you will find the Talayots of Capocorb, the remains of an ancient Mallorcan settlement. On the coast stands the Cap Blanc Lighthouse, inaugurated in 1863. Palma, the island’s capital, is around half an hour away by car.
