Fantastic house for 4 people located in the quiet and coastal residential area of Son Serra de Marina, just 50 metres away from the sea!
Is it possible to imagine a better plan for your vacation or stay in the island than enjoying an accommodation by the sea? Every morning, a great breakfast at the porch or simply a good coffee awaits for you to start with energy a day in the beach. Then, either at noon or in the evening, you can enjoy a hot shower outside and prepare a barbecue to enjoy alfresco.

The accommodation offers a great living - dining room inside, where you can rest or watch the satellite TV on the chaise longue sofa while the AC cools the atmosphere. Next, you find the kitchen that offers a ceramic hob, oven and all needed tools to cook as if you were at home. The laundry area is outside and it has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. In order to rest, the house features two bedrooms with a closet each. One has a double bed and the other twin beds. We can provide a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby. Finally, there is a bathroom with a shower for the whole accommodation. Please, note that there is an attached little house that will remain closed for our guests.

Son Serra de Marina is perfect for those who are looking for the peace of the sea. This is mainly a rocky coastal area with crystalline water and a beautiful sandy beach in the end. There you will find a restaurant where you can enjoy your meal with the amazing sea views. There are more restaurants, bars, shops, services and more beaches in a few minutes drive heading to Can Picafort or Puerto de Alcudia, which are much livelier places.
