Set in the island's capital, Palma de Mallorca, this coquettish terraced house offers accommodation to 4 to 5 guests.
Formerly a fisherman's house, it has been reformed for our guests to make them feel at home. It features a terrace which is great for al fresco dining. Formerly a fisherman's house, it has been reformed in 2016. There's one neighbour on the first floor, but every neighbour has its own entrance.

A cosy sitting-dining room is a nice place for watching a film on the satellite-TV or having a rest on the sofa. The fully-equipped kitchen has a gas hob and there's a laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board on the terrace.

There are two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds. A cot, a high chair and an extra bed can be prepared on request in a third room. This home caters for both seasons as it has three fans for the summer and three electric radiators for the winter.

Located in Portixol, in the south of the island, this accommodation is close to lots of cafés and restaurants. The seafront of Portixol is very Mediterranean and there's a small beach at 100 meters. A one-hour walk takes you to the restaurant Purobeach Palma and the sea promenade is nice for jogging and skating. By bicycle or bus you can easily get to the centre of Palma de Mallorca and visit the cathedral, the old town, the Parc de la Mar, museums or go shopping. The harbour of Palma is a good spot to go out in the evening; and if you fancy shopping, you may like the Paseo del Born and the centre.

Note: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
