Situated in a development 15 minutes walk from the Ballena Beach, this flat welcomes 6 guests. With communal pool it is ideal for families or groups of friends looking to relax near the sea in Costa Ballena.
Take a dip in the magnificent 16m long and 6.5m wide shared chlorine pool, perfect for cooling off on sunny days. The depth of the pool varies between 1.20m and 2.05m ensuring a safe and fun space for everyone. In addition, you will find a lawn area equipped with comfortable sun loungers and parasols, ideal for relaxing in the sun and a practical outdoor shower.

The interior is distributed over two floors. It has a private terrace equipped with an outdoor table and lawn area. It is the perfect place to enjoy outdoor meals. It has direct access to the living-dining room that has a comfortable sofa, Smart TV and some platform where you can watch any movie or series with your companions. The independent kitchen is vitroceramic and has all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. A toilet completes this floor. On the first floor you will find the three bedrooms available, two of them with double beds and a third one with two single beds. A complete bathroom with bathtub completes your stay. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
