Beautiful country house in the middle of the mountains in Pollensa, surrounded by olive trees and greenery, with capacity for 5 people.
After a long beach day you can disconnect at the relax area by the house and let yourself be carried away by the nature sounds, the birds songs, the trees rumour, as well as admire the beautiful views around. The house also features a barbecue area to cook delicious grilled meats and vegetables for your love dones. The property is fenced and privacy is total.

When you enter the house you are going to find the traditional Majorcan style, with wooden beams and stoned walls in this 150 m2 two storey house. The living room counts with several sofas and armchairs to sit and relax or watch the satellite TV. The great fire place is ideal for the coldest days. On the other side of the living room, you will find the dining area with a great table and bunches where the evening with your family will never end. The kitchen is independent and it is well equipped with a ceramic hob, an oven and a dishwasher among others. The house also features a laundry area with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Bedrooms can be found upstairs. One has a double bes, another has twin beds and the lat one has a single bed. The three of them feature a fan for the hottest nights. A wardrobe can be found in one of the bedrooms. An only bathtub bathroom on the 1st floor gives service t o the whole accommodation. We can prepare a cot and a high chair under request if you are travelling with a baby.

This house is located in an ideal spot for nature lovers, as well as hiker and cyclist. Our guests will find several possibilities d¡for excursions in the surroundings. Of course, you can also enjoy the beautiful beaches nearby like Formentor, cala Sant Vicenc, Puerto Pollensa, mal Pas,.. You will find all basic services for an independent stay at the village like supermarkets, bars, restaurants,... In Pollensa "El Calvario" is a must visit to enjoy the vies and get lost among the locales. If you prefer the beach friendly atmosphere you can visit the typical promenade of puerto de Pollensa.
