Prima Ferienhaus in Playa del Muro nur 200 m vom schönsten Strand der Insel (über einen Waldweg ) entfernt. Luxuriöse Ausstattung , perfekt renoviert, 1A Küche mit allen Kochutensilien (Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Ofen etc.), Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach , schön renovierten Bädern (begehbare Dusche, 1 Bad groß, 1 Bad etwas kleiner aber ausreichend) , schöner Terrasse mit großem Tisch und Stühlen, Sonnenliegen und Schirm, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine,gemauerter Grill, in einer ruhigen Strasse unweit des Strandes gelegen, verkehrsberuhigt da Haus am Wendeplatz liegt. Supermarkt,Restaurant,Krankenhaus,gleich ums Eck. Sehr nette Besitzer und die Buchung über Tripadvisor und Villafinca war perfekt und reibungslos. Sehr netter Kontakt über Mail mit Villafinca (empfehlenswert! Konnten auch etwas früher in die Villa durch Villafinca arrangiert). 200 m zum Strand über einen Waldweg zum schönen Strand von Playa del Muro (weißer Sand , türkisblaues Wasser, sanft abfallend , ein Traum!)

This beautiful, one-storey chalet in Playa de Muro, in the north of Mallorca, is within a few steps of clear waters and welcomes 6 people.
If the beach is what you are searching for, this nice property is the right choice. Additionally, there is a spacious terrace, where you can bask in the sun or surprise your family with a tasty barbecue.
The bright sitting-dining room with A/C is a lovely corner to watch satellite-TV or have dinner with your loved ones. The kitchen with gas stove is fully-equipped and in the laundry you will find a washer, an iron and an ironing board.
The three comfortable twin bedrooms offer A/C and wardrobes. This accommodation features two shower bathrooms. On the basement, there is a garage for one car.
The surroundings are amazing and a short walk takes you to the dreamlike, fine grained sand beach, famous for its crystal clear waters and the tranquillity; without hotels along the beach. A car is not essential, as you can go by bicycle or bus to the centre of Puerto de Alcúdia or Can Picafort, where you will find supermarkets, leisure activities, shops and restaurants. Furthermore, in the harbours of both villages Can Picafort and Puerto de Alcúdia you can make a nice trip to Cap Formentor or Cap Pinar.
The old town of Alcúdia, typical Mediterranean, will surprise you with cobbled streets, the town wall and the beautiful amphitheatre. On Sunday and Thuesday takes place the local market, where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables. At the golf course of Alcanada, about 10 km away, you can practise the perfect tee-off. If you like to hike or cycle, the north has many nice routes through the Serra de Tramuntana, for example to Sa Talaia, to Ses Fonts Ufanes or a walk along the beach from Can Picafort to the Public Finca Son Real.

2 guests reviewed this property. Das Haus "Pinar de Can Pites" kann ich sehr für einen Strandurlaub empfehlen. Es ist neu renoviert und sehr modern ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts, es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder, so dass man mit max. 6 Personen dort wohnen kann. Wir waren zu zweit dort, was natürlich sehr luxuriös war. Die Küche hat Geschirrspüler, im Anbau ist eine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Wirklich toll war die schöne Sonnenterrasse mit Liegestühlen, die zu ausgiebigem Frühstücken einlädt. Abends gibt es hinter dem Haus eine weitere Terrasse, so dass man immer Sonne hat. Ebenso ist dort ein Außengrill vorhanden. Das Haus ist auch für den Winter geeignet, da die Klimaanlage auch als Heizung fungiert. Zum bekannten Playa de Muro geht man max. 200 m, dort findet man einen 4 km langen sehr feinsandigen Strand, der flach ins Wasser abfällt. Auch können dort Sonnenliegen/Strandschirm für 11 € pro Tag gemietet werden. Einziger kleiner Makel (aber das ist "Jammern auf hohem Niveau"): Man hört die hinter dem Haus vorbeiführende Strasse nach Artà in den Morgenstunden etwas, das Haus ist also nicht ganz ruhig gelegen. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört. Ein Mietwagen für weitere Ausflüge ist empfehlenswert. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (SPAR-Laden) ist ganz in der Nähe. Wir werden in jedem Fall wiederkommen!
