This beautiful fishermen's house is just perfect for a romantic holiday and can comfortably accommodate 2 people. It is situated in S'Estalella, in the south of Mallorca.
The location is magic; it is the first fishermen’s settlement in the area, dated in s. XVI. In the plot we can find 8 houses. They are distributed as follows: There are two lines of four houses side by side.

Start your day with a large breakfast on the porch. Its roof is made of pine wood. The beautiful scenery is maybe the most distinguishing detail of this charming property.

The style of this fishermen's house is a mix between rustic details and ecological materials. In the interiors you can appreciate traditional Mediterranean architectural elements such as: the use of sandstone, wooden beams from antique boats and tiles made of mud. The house functions in an autonomous way through solar energy and a special rain water collection system. It has an independent water reservoir (the original cisterns used by the fishermen). For this reason we ask for awareness regarding the usage of both electricity and water. Due to these special features and special location, there is no laundry area.

Concretely, this 41 m2 house offers one double bedroom, a basically-equipped kitchen with gas stove, a living room, a shower bathroom and a rustic fireplace.

The surroundings are indescribable, by being so close to the sea one can feel it is a privileged area. Just a few steps from the plot there is the beach “El Racó d’Arena”, it is an unspoilt beach of sand and stone which is free from crowds.

There is space for car parking, in the plot of the finca. Following their philosophy, there is an ecological agricultural farm. The vegetables and fruits raised are offered to the guests so that they can enjoy from a healthy diet, free of chemicals. In the village S'Estanyol de Migjorn you will find supermarkets and restaurants.
