Welcome to this charming fisherman's house located just in front of the sea, in S'Estalella. It can accommodate 3 people.
This magic place is the first settlement of the fishermen from the area, from early sixteenth century. Inside the property, there are two rows of four houses next to each other. On one side, the houses are separated from each other by a screen, on both sides of the porch. The other side of the property was originally a large house, which has been now divided into 4 houses of different sizes, separated by the porches.

Its surroundings are amazing, as they are located in a privileged area of natural beauty, facing the sea.

Enjoy the calm and relax on a fully equipped porch, with a wonderful views of the Mediterranean.

Decorated in a simple and rustic style, you can appreciate here the traditional elements of a local construction, as the use of sandstone, wooden beams (coming from the boats), test tiles, pine branches porches, etc.
The house is solar powered and uses a system of collecting of the rain water. It consists of a system of independent water storage. For this reason is required a responsible use of these services. It also does not offers a laundry room.

This house has 30m2 and features 2 bedrooms; both with double bed, and a bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms is on a mezzanine. There is a kitchen with gas stove, a fireplace and a dining table with chairs. One cot and a high chair are available on request.

The property features an ecological farm. The grown and processed foods are offered to the guests to enjoy a healthy nutrition without chemicals.
Next to the house you will find the beach "Es Racó d'arena" a virgin sand and stone beach.

It is listed by the "Xarxa Europea Natura 2000" as a "ZEPA" (Special Protection Area of Birds), and "LIC" (Place of Cultural Interest). It is also registered, by the autonomous community of Balearic Islands, as "ISNA" (Natural Area of Special Interest) and "AANP" (Natural Area of Special Interest high level of protection).
