Welcome to this charming fisherman's cottage by the sea, in s'Estalella. It is prepared for 2 persons.
This charming cottage is situated at the exact place of the first settlement of fishermen of early sixteenth century. Two rows of 4 cottages are lined up directly at the sea front. The porches are separated from eachother by canvas awning.
The outdoor area is indescribable: it is one of the most privileged areas at the seaside, which breathes peace. From the porch covered with pine branches, you will enjoy the magnificent seaview with a Mediterranean breakfast.

The cottage is decorated in a simple and rustic style,showing traditional elements of local construction, as the use of sandstone, wooden beams from the boats, test tiles and the porche covered with pine branches.
The house operates autonomously, through solar energy and a rainwater collecting system. It counts with an independent water storage system. Therefore, these services have to be used consciously. There is no laundry area.

This 18m2 cottage consists of a living- and dining room with kitchenette: it counts with a double sofa-couch, a fireplace and a kitchenette that works on gas. On request, there is a baby bed available. There is a bathroom with a shower.

The land also has an ecological farm. You have the possibility to acquire the ecological food grown on the land to enjoy healthy food without chemicals.
Nearby, you will find the beach "Es Racó d'Arena": a virgin sand and stone beach.

It is listed by the European Nature 2000 Network as a SPA (Special Area for Protection of Birds) and SCI (Site of Cultural Interest). It is also registered by the Balearic autonomous community as ISNA (Natural Area of ​​Special Interest), and AANP (Natural Area of ​​Special Interest of high level protection).
