This fantastic villa offers a great sense of peace thanks to its beautiful natural garden. While you contemplate it, two porches below and a superior terrace, perfectly furnished, invite you to prepare delicious barbecues or to read a book in tranquility. In addition, you can take advantage of the good weather sunbathing on the 5 sun loungers. There are neighbors.

The construction has two heights, but the house distributes all its rooms on one floor, the upper one. Thus, going up the stairs from the garden you access the entrance, which takes you inside, welcoming you in a large living room with satellite television and some books. Then you have the kitchen, equipped with gas hob and everything you may need to cook. To rest, there are 2 bedrooms with wardrobe and fan, one with double bed and one with two single beds. A bathroom with bathtub, 2 cots and 2 high chairs complete the house. Finally, there is a laundry room provided with washing machine, iron and ironing board, located on the outside of the lower floor.

Portopetro is a coastal village on the coast of Santanyí. It has a great variety of sandy beaches and very close coves of great beauty. In just 3 minutes by car you can reach Cala Mondragó and S’Amarador, the impressive virgin beach and jewel of the Mondragó Natural Park. And in just five minutes driving you will also find Santanyí town.
