Three storey village house placed in the centre of Sa Pobla, only 15 minutes away from the beach by car and with capacity for 8 people.
Outside we find a 12 m2 terrace with a barbecue, ideal to spend an evening with your family. The house is located in a pedestrian area, close to the church of Sa Pobla, the Parroquia of Sant Antoni Abad. The owner is concerned with the environment and the house has solar panels. As it is a town house there are direct neighbours.

Inside we find a modern and luminous style, with wooden floors. The living room has a TV Sat and air conditioning and it is open to the kitchen with a dining table, ceramic hob, dishwasher and kitchen tools. The laundry is an independent room with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There is also a toilet on the ground floor.

On the first floor we find the bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and bidet. The main bedroom has a double bed with air conditioning and a closet while the second bedroom has a trundle bed, ideal for 2 children. This room has no closet or air conditioning.

Upstairs to the second floor, we find two more bedrooms, one we with two single beds, air conditioning and a closet. the second bedroom (without air conditioning) has a double bed, a fan and a walk-in closet. The bathroom in this floor has a bath tub. A cot and a high chair are available on request.

Sa Pobla is in the north-central area of Majorca, a few kilometres away from the beach and the mountain. Due to this, is the ideal place for beach, cycling or hiking holidays. During the spring and after the strong rains you can visit the subterranean stream fountains called Ses Fonts Ufanes. Besides, You can visit the Monastery of Lluc and other lovely villages like Campanet or Escorca. Supermarkets, bars and all other services are in Sa Pobla. At the town square you can taste our good Majorcan cuisine. The northern beaches are characterised by their familiar environment, fine sand and quiet waters, Can Picafort and Puerto de Alcudia among them.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years old, unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
