Welcome to this charming two-storeyed house for 11 guests (with possibility for 12) in Sa Pobla. The house was built in 1987 but reconstructed in 2001.
The outdoor areas are fantastic as you can enjoy a delicious BBQ in the furnished terrace.

The accommodation features 5 bedrooms (4 double and 1 triple rooms). A double and a triple bedroom are located on the ground floor and have fans, the other on the first floor are air-conditioned (cold/hot). 4 bedrooms have a wardrobe. On every floor you will find a spacious bathroom with a bath tub.

On the ground floor they are community areas like an air-conditioned living room where you can rest after a hot day on one of the sofas watching TV or DVD or to having a nap. A dining room can place till 10 people and is also air-conditioned.

A fully-fitted kitchen with a gas hob has necessary kitchenware to prepare delicious meals. A laundry room features a washing machine, an iron with an ironing table.

Sa Pobla village is a municipality on the north-east of Mallorca. Its name was registered in 1315 as "Pobla de Huyalfas" which derives from Arabic as "water of meadow". The village was founded in 1300 by Jaume II. 17 archeological reserves prove an antic history of sa Pobla. In the Talayotic period the most famous is the Claper Gran talayot. In the Roman period amphorae, ceramics, coins and plumb rails have been found.

Sant Antoni i el Dimoni Museum is dedicated to a popular fest of Sant Antoni. The museum is located in Can Planes and preserves elements of Sant Antoni fest like demons and big festival heads. On Sundays there is a local market in Sa Pobla where you can buy vegetables and fruits from local fields. In the village bars you can taste a typic local cuisine.

Sa Pobla is located 15 minutes by car from the beaches like Can Picafort, Alcudia or Muro. The village is inhabited mostly by the Majorcan. The village has a special flair with its cobbled center square with small shops lights, restaurants and bars. In the summer on the main square all the bars unite in order to create a viewer zone for a jazz concert.

NOTE: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.
