Enjoy a beach holiday in this beautiful house in Can Picafort. At the beautiful and cared outside toy will enjoy meals and dinners at the outside dining area for 6 people where you will taste meat and vegetables cooked on the barbecue. there is a second furnished terrace on the first floor, an ideal corner to sip a drink in the evening or enjoy reading a book peacefully and quiet. The property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby.

The 120 m2 accommodation is divided into two floors. On the ground floor we find an ample living and dining room where you can enjoy watching the TV Sat (only German channels). Behind the comfortable sofa you will find the dining table for 6 people where you will sit if it is too hot since the room is air conditioned. The kitchen is independent, with a gas stove, and with all you may need to cook during your stay. From there we get to the ground floor terrace. A beautiful bathroom with a shower can be found on this floor. The three bedrooms are on the first floor, and the three of them are air conditioned and have a closet. The first of them has a double bed and the other two have 2 single beds. Two of them have access to the first floor terrace and the last one to a little balcony. there is a second bathroom on this floor, also with a shower, for the three bedrooms. If you are travelling with a baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair for you. You can also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board in the house.

This chalet can be found in a quiet area of Can Picafort, very close to the beach and to the services of the town. The beach has fine golden sand and crystalline waters, and it is very familiar and ideal for eater sports. You can visit Alcudia and it roman city, or the northern beaches.
