Set in Sa Rapita, in the south of Mallorca, this lovely villa with private pool is close to the Mediterranean. It welcomes 6 people.
The exteriors feature a 6m x 3.5m chlorine pool with a depth between 1m and 2.1m, where you can refresh yourself at any time. Surrounded by four sun loungers and a chill-out terrace, it's a heavenly place to relax. Around the house, a terrace and a porch are lovely for a dinner with friends. There also is a shower bathroom at the pool area. This attractive home is just a few metres from the sea and there are direct neighbours.
This Mediterranean-style house has a sitting-dining room with TV and a fully-fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, where you can cook up a feast. A laundry features a washer, an iron and an ironing board. There are three bedrooms with a double bed each -one with an en-suite shower bathroom-. A cot and a high chair can be provided on request. There's A/C in the living room and in the bedrooms. One shower bathroom and two fans complete the equipment.
This precious house is located in a quiet zone. In Sa Rapita there's not only a nice beach, but also all necessary services for an independent stay. At the same time, it's close to the natural beach of Es Trenc with crystal clear waters and protected by dunes. In Colonia de Sant Jordi you can make a boat trip to Cabrera and get to know this small island, which is habited only by local fauna and flora. Normally, this boats stop at the Blue Cave, famous for its clear waters. Furthermore, you could visit the Aquarium of Colonia de Sant Jordi. The capital's island Palma de Mallorca, is about 40 minutes by car.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.

TIPS & PRECAUTIONS
- Please do not turn on all electrical appliances at the same time in order to overcharge electric network.

- Please use the drying rack in order to hang up the towels and do not hang up them over the balcony railing.
- Please do not deposit hot pans or pots on any place other than the cooktop.- Do not leave food outside cabinets or refrigerators in order to avoid insects inside the house.
- Do NOT eat outside cabinets or refrigerators to avoid attracting insects inside.
- Please, do not smoke inside the accommodation.
