Welcome to this beautiful, bright and spacious country house in Alcúdia. The property has spectacular views of the countryside and mountains, and it has space to comfortably accommodate 9 people.
In the outside of the house you can breathe the tranquility that this idyllic location transmits. It has an outdoor 5x10 m chlorine pool with a depth of 1.7 m. Around the pool there are 8 loungers and 3 umbrellas to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of this fantastic property. The 34 m2 garden has a 23 m2 lawn private area . The house has 2 porches, a 24m2 one in the property’s entrance and a 9m2 one in the rear. The 2 furnished terraces measure 48m2 and 17m2. The outdoor area has a mobile barbecue where you can enjoy creating your favorite dishes outdoors. In the neighboring plot there are horses. If you want to mount them, you must speak directly with the owner. This cottage offers all the tranquility and total privacy to disconnect from the daily routine and stress.

The interior of the house is divided into 2 floors. On the ground floor you will find the living room area, which has air conditioning, a fireplace, large windows and modern decor. This area is perfect to relax with a book, enjoying the satellite TV, or surfing the internet. The spacious, functional kitchen is separated from the living room by sliding doors and it has all the utensils and appliances needed to enjoy cooking as if you were at home, including electric stove. The laundry area has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board, and there you can find the 4 radiators available for colder months. The property has 5 bedrooms divided as follows: 2 with 1 double bed each, 1 with 2 single beds, 1 with 1 single bed (to get to this room you have to cross through one of the double bed rooms) and the last one with 1 bunk bed. All rooms have closets and/or dressers to keep your clothes and personal items. If needed, you have 1 crib and 1 high chair available for the little ones. One of the double bed rooms has air conditioning and an in suite bathroom. The house has a total of 3 bathrooms; all of them have a bathtub and 1 of them is in suite.

With regards to the housing environment, the nearest town is Alcúdia and is located 5.8km from the property. Two of the most recommended activities in this area include a visit to the old town and the village market, which takes place every Tuesday and Saturday morning. Within a short distance you will also find the Natural Park of the Albufera, which is characterized for hosting a large number of native species. It is of great ecological interest due to its biodiversity. If you prefer to enjoy beaches with turquoise waters, quiet coves and various water sports such as diving, windsurfing and kite surfing, you have Port of Alcúdia only 7,7km away. This area also offers a nightlife variety of options, with restaurants, bars and clubs of all kinds.

NOTE: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.
