This is a 2-storey house with 4 bedrooms (one on the first floor and three on the ground floor). There are three bedrooms with double beds and one with 2 single beds.
Every room and detail is perfectly integrated in the house. Sit down and relax on the sofa in the living room where you will be able to read a good book, watch satellite TV and have a little nap. The house has central heating (gasoil). The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need during your holiday: toaster, blender, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric oven, gas stove, fridge, cutlery and a lot more. There is space to park your car at the patio. Furthermore, there is another kitchen with gas hob, situated in a separate building with BBQ by the pool.
At the terrace, there is a big table with 8 chairs where you can organize summer dinners. Outside, you can swim in the 10 x 5 metre pool, sunbathe in one of the 8 lounges or enjoy a cocktail at sunset.
Can Picafort and Capellans Beach is just a 5 minutes' drive. The fine grained beach is perfect for families or a long, romantic stroll. Lots of bars and restaurants offer Mediterranean cuisine and cocktails. Maybe you'd like to try a tasty Paella with sea views. Towards Alcúdia, you'll find Playa de Muro, a quiet and natural area with a white sand beach and cyrstalline waters. In Alcúdia old town or Pollença, visit the weekly market or walk around the cobbled streets.

TIPS & PRECAUTIONS
- Please do not turn on all electrical appliances at the same time in order to overcharge electric network.
- Please, remember to turn off the lights when leaving the house.
- Please use the drying rack in order to hang up the towels and do not hang up them over the balcony railing.
- Please do not deposit hot pans or pots on any place other than the cooktop.- Do not leave food outside cabinets or refrigerators in order to avoid insects inside the house.
- Do NOT eat outside cabinets or refrigerators to avoid attracting insects inside.
- Please, do not smoke inside the accommodation.
