Beautiful house located in Caimari, at the foot of the Sierra de Tramuntana mountains, where 6 - 7 guests can enjoy a memorable holiday with a private pool with idyllic surroundings.
The natural stone house is located in a village where life is still going at a slower pace. This is the typical village where neighbors are still known between them and where our guests are invited to spend a quiet and relaxed holiday. The mornings start with a good breakfast on the terrace, enjoying the first rays of sun. Then, a bath in the chlorine pool of 5 x 3 meters and a depth of 1 to 1.5 meters and lie down on one of the 2 sunbeds. This pool is located in the building next door although it is completely private. An outdoor shower is very practical if one wants to refresh from time to time. For half a day, you may want to eat outside, but in the afternoon there is nothing better than preparing a barbecue at home and end the day with a gin and tonic on first floor terrace. The house is fenced and as it is inside the town, there are neighbours next door.

The two-story house was renovated with great care, but still retains its traditional style. This can be seen in the natural stone walls, the wooden beams and the occasional restored antique furniture, such as swing chairs. On the ground floor, a hallway leads to a sitting room with armchairs and a bedroom with a wardrobe, two single beds and a space to set an extra bed. The second bedroom on the ground floor comes with a double bed, a wardrobe, an en-suite bathroom with shower and space to prepare a cot. The other bathroom below is rustic and comes with a shower. On the first floor you have the living room equipped with satellite television, air conditioning and a DVD player. Two steps go to the dining area and the kitchen, which has access to the upper terrace and has an induction hob, dishwasher and a microwave among other things. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The bathroom on the first floor is an oasis of relaxation, as it has a spa bath and separate shower. The bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning is highlighted by the stone wall and the original wooden headboard. This bedroom has the privilege of having a private terrace with views of the village and the green mountains. Three fans and two electric heaters complete the equipment.

Caimari is the gateway to the Sierra de Tramuntana. In the center there is a grocery store, cafes and restaurants. More services, supermarkets and leisure can be found in Inca, which is a 10 minute drive. A car is necessary to explore the beautiful surroundings, although you can do many hiking trails. It is recommended to visit the Caves of Campanet, Ses Fonts Ufanes (underground fountains that sprout after heavy rains), the monastery of Lluc, the picturesque villages of Sóller and Valldemossa and the Castle of Alaró. The beaches of the Bay of Alcúdia are about 30 minutes away by car. You can choose between many beaches: Capellans - Playa de Muro, Can Picafort, Puerto de Alcúdia or Playa de Formentor are just some of many dream beaches.
