The outside is dominated by the great house surrounded by vegetation in an incomparable environment. You will also enjoy a private chlorine pool which sizes 8 x 4 meters and has a depth that goes from 0.8 to 1.5 meters. By the pool, several sun beds to sunbathe or read a book under the umbrella. This area is completed with a dining area for 6 people, where you can have a drink in the evening surrounded by plants and vegetation. By the house, you will find the porch with a big table, sharing room with the barbecue area. The property is fenced and privacy is total.

This impressive 300 m2 house has two floors. It includes unique details from the past which match with much modern elements. The amazing living room counts with a comfortable sofa and two wing chairs where you can rest, watch the satellite television or warm up by the spectacular fireplace in the winter days. You can also play pool and compete with your loved ones. The original dining room is very spacious and independent and it has capacity for 10 people. the kitchen is also independent with a ceramic hob, and fully equipped. There is another dining area by the kitchen, ideal for morning breakfasts. The house counts with for bedrooms, all on the 1st floor. two of them have a double bed and the other three have three single beds each. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, and there is another bathtub bathroom for the rest of the floor. A cot and a high chair is also available. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. If you are coming in the winter season, the house counts with central heating and some rooms are also air-conditioned.

This fantastic house is in Pollensa, very near to the Port, where you will enjoy its beautiful beach, its distinctive promenade, its restaurants and its shops. The town, Pollensa, is very near and it counts with all needed services for an independent stay. In addition, you must visit the chapel of El Calvari and the town square. If you are a golf lover, the course is also very near, in this exclusive spot of the northern Majorca.
