Up to 6 guests can be accommodated in this wonderful villa, with an impressive garden and private pool on the outskirts of Inca.
This beautiful country house features a beautiful stone building, surrounded by a gorgeous garden lawn that includes a great water salt pool -sizing 10 x 5 metres and with a water depth ranging from 0.5 to 2 metres-. After a nice swim, you can wash off under the exterior shower and enjoy the sun or a good reading on the sun beds or on the Bali bed. Later, of course, the best plan is to prepare a delicious BBQ and enjoy it with the following drink at the porch.

Inside, you'll be welcomed by an authentic Majorcan living - dining room where you can watch the satellite TV or read. In both, the dining area and the kitchen, you'll find a dining table where you can sit for your meals, cooked on the ceramic hob. Here, you also have the washing machine, the iron and the ironing board. There're 3 bedrooms with a closet each. One has twin beds and the other two have a double bed. All of them also feature an en-suite bathroom, two of them with a shower and the other with a bathtub. A baby cot and a high-chair are available. The kitchen, the living - dining room and all bedrooms are equipped with AC.

The property is located about 3.4 km from the cosy town of Inca where you'll find all needed services like supermarkets, bars, all kinds of restaurants -specially of Majorcan cuisine-, shops and, the best of it all, the traditional street market that takes place on every Thursday. Being a central location in the island, Inca offers a quick access to any point of it. The nearest beach is the one in Puerto de Alcudia, about 23 km away.
