Welcome to this fantastic house at Binissalem, in the middle of Majorca, with amazing views to the forest, for 8 people.
This house has a wonderful 12m x 6m chlorine swimming pool, with a depth between 0.9 and 2m, surrounded by a terrace and a lovely garden. The porch is a cool place to prepare delicious barbecues with friends and enjoy summery dinners. The house is all fenced and there are no close neighbours.
At the -1 floor, you can find a basically equipped kitchen with a vitro hob, and also a rustic dining room. There are also a washing machine, an iron and an iron board.
The ground floor is divided into a kitchen-dining room, fully equipped and including a vitro hob; a sitting room with satellite-TV and access to the pool. On this storey, you'll find a double bedroom and a bathroom en-suite with bath tub.
At the first floor, you will find three bedrooms with a double bed each (one of them also with a bathroom with shower and a bath) and another independent bathroom with a bath. Two of the bedrooms has access to a terrace each with fantastic forest views. if you travel with your baby, we will provide you a cot and a high chair free of charge.
This lovely villa is located near Binissalem, a Majorcan village very famous due to the wine production. You will enjoy taking a nice walk around the typical streets, have a nice dinner at the square and know the authentic Majorcan essence. There are a lot of wine cellars around, were you can enjoy wine tastings, one of them is José Ferrer cellar, very famous in the island. You will find everything you might need at the village, like supermarkets, bars, restaurants...
Binissalem is near the beautiful Serra de Tramuntana, an ideal place to bike or walk trips to the mountains. The Alaró Castle is a must go destination, as well as the Salt des Freu waterfalls. if you preffer the beach, only thirty minutes driving separate the village to the north coast, with wonderful white sand and calm water beaches, like Puerto de Alcúdia, Puerto de Pollença and Playa de Formentor, wich is the most septetional side of the island with magic views, where you can also visit a lighthouse, surrounded by cliffs and the Mediterranean sea.
Note: This rental cant accept under 27 years old people, except if they travel with their parents.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.

TIPS & PRECAUTIONS
- Please do not turn on all electrical appliances at the same time in order to overcharge electric network.
- Please, remember to turn off the lights when leaving the house.
- Please use the drying rack in order to hang up the towels and do not hang up them over the balcony railing.
- Please do not deposit hot pans or pots on any place other than the cooktop.- Do not leave food outside cabinets or refrigerators in order to avoid insects inside the house.
- Do NOT eat outside cabinets or refrigerators to avoid attracting insects inside.
- Please, do not smoke inside the accommodation.
