Welcome to this charming country house for 4 guests on the outskirts of Inca
The outdoor areas are beautiful: spacious garden zones, a salt 8x4-sized pool with a depth range from 0,5 till 1,8m, a furnished terrace, a porch and magnificent views to Tramuntana Mountain.
A 100m2-sized house is distributed over a single floor and features 2 double bedrooms with A/C and a bathroom with a shower. A crib and a baby chair can be provided upon request. A cozy living-dining-kitchen room is a comfortable room where you can rest on the one of two sofas watching a satellite TV or have a meal in the dining corner. For colder months the room is equipped with a wooden stove. The kitchen is fully fitted with all the necessary kitchenware to cook a delicious meal. A washing machine, an iron with an ironing board are also available.
The house is located 2km from Inca town, a town in the center of the island with all the amenities needed for your stay. Furthermore, Inca is famous for its leather industry and cellers-restaurants. Here you will find many shops with genuine leather products. On Thursdays there is a local market with fresh vegetables and souvenirs which has been held since 7 centuries. The sightseeing places are the Monastery of San Bartolom and Santa Magdalena Church built on the top of a small mountain from where you can enjoy lovely island views. For those who wish to go out at night, there is a Plaza de Angel, a square with numerous bars and restaurants. In 25 minutes you will reach Port Alcudia.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.

TIPS & PRECAUTIONS
- Please do not turn on all electrical appliances at the same time in order to overcharge electric network.
- Please, remember to turn off the lights when leaving the house.
- Please use the drying rack in order to hang up the towels and do not hang up them over the balcony railing.
- Please do not deposit hot pans or pots on any place other than the cooktop.- Do not leave food outside cabinets or refrigerators in order to avoid insects inside the house.
- Do NOT eat outside cabinets or refrigerators to avoid attracting insects inside.
- Please, do not smoke inside the accommodation.
