This villa offers very nice exteriors. The private chlorine pool can be heated (paying an extra fee) and it sizes 9 x 4 meters and has a depth ranging from 0.5 to 1.7 meters. There is a nice garden around the pool, 8 sun loungers and a large porch with barbecue. There is an outside shower and several terraces with sea views.

The house has a spacious living room with a TV-SAT and a kitchen-dining room with a ceramic hob. On this floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a toilet. On the 1st floor there is a bedroom with twin beds and another bedroom with a double bed, one with an en-suite bathroom with a shower and the other with a bathtub. On the 2nd floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The kitchen-dining room, living room and bedrooms feature AC. The house offers underfloor heating. Finally, there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The villa is located in Cala D'Or, a quiet urbanisation on the coast. Cala Gran beach is only 800 meters away.
