This cozy, one-storey villa with a size of 90 m2 counts with 2 bedrooms with two single beds and one double bed. There is one bathroom with bath tub. There is no air conditioning in the villa but we are pleased to supply fans on request.

You feel the welcoming and cozy-rustic atmosphere in every room. The living room is the right corner to read a good book, watch television (Satellite TV) or just relax. The adjoining dining area comes with a table and four chairs and invites you to have a pleasant dinner with your family. The kitchen is equipped with bright wooden furniture and counts with everything you may need during your holidays. You will find a toaster, coffee machine, oven, gas stove, refrigerator-freezer, microwave, cutlery, glasses and plates in the kitchen. The villa also has a washing machine and an iron with ironing board. You can park easily in the inner courtyard of the house, but there is no garage or covered parking space.

The terrace with a size of 60 m2 with its barbecue and wooden furniture invites you to celebrate a dinner or a barbecue. Behind the villa you will find the private pool. Take a refreshing bath after sunbathing on one of the sun loungers while watching your children playing in the garden. The chlorine pool measures 4 meters x 8 meters. The whole plot is fenced. There are no direct neighbors.

The area of Muro is the perfect starting point for excursions and trips on the beach, to the mountains or for cycling-tours. The zone is rural and many native people live there. You have the chance to feel the authentic spirit of Majorca, away from mass tourism and big hotels. The village Muro offers you lots of amenities for your holidays and you will find a supermarket, pharmacies, banks and a few bars and nice restaurants there. On Sunday is market day in Muro, where you can buy fresh food like vegetables and eggs but also clothes and hand worked products made in Majorca.

In only 20 minutes driving by car you will reach the nice sand beach of „Ses Casetes des Capellans“ in Can Picafort. Pass a pleasant day on the fine grained sand beach or enjoy a cocktail while watching the sun goes down. You will find a good Paella restaurant there, a typical Spanish rice dish with meat, vegetables and seafood. Very tasty and spectacular views included! Apart of this beach area discover the main beach of Can Picafort with its animated sea promenade, the quiet zone of Playa de Muro and the crystal clear waters of the beaches of the municipality of Alcúdia and Muro.
