This charming terraced house with private pool is located in the quiet town of Moscari and welcomes 8 guests.
A private, 9m x 4m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 0.5m to 1.7m and an exterior shower invite you to refresh yourself. Take a moment of bliss in the private jacuzzi, maybe accompanied by a glass of sparkling wine. Keep in mind that the water of the jacuzzi is not heated. Get tanned while relaxing on one of the four sun loungers, have a BBQ in the well-kept garden or enjoy a lazy afternoon with friends on the terrace, overlooking the countryside. A staircase leads you to a chill-out terrace with wooden furniture, ideal for a romantic get-together. The porch at the entrance has comfy sofas and is decorated with lots of flower pots. The plot of this romantic town house is fenced.

The first historical record of this property is dating back to the VIII century. Stylistically, the interiors are a blend of romantic charm and rustic details. The sitting room with A/C reminds of a cosy little cave. Two stairs give access to the fully-equipped, Majorcan-Style kitchen with gas hob and dining area. A laundry offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There's a bedroom with two single beds as well as a bath with bath tub on the ground floor. We gladly supply a cot and a high chair for our youngest guests.

The first floor comprises a double bedroom with sofa and a bedroom with two twin beds. Furthermore, there's a spacious, very rustic and charming bedroom with double bed, parquet flooring, wooden beams and a romantic fireplace. This room has access to a big dressing room, a private shower bathroom and a terrace overlooking the town. This bedroom is accessible through a ladder and it has no door. This enchanting villa has air conditioning in the bedrooms as well as in the sitting room.

Set at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana Mountains, Moscari offers several restaurants, cafés and a grocery shop. The town is a good starting point for excursions through the mountains, hiking and cycling. By car you can visit the tiny village of Binibona, the monastery of Lluc, the subterranean springs of Campanet and the oil mill of Caimari.

Tucked somewhere in the mountains and accessible through enchanting winding roads, are La Calobra, Cala Tuent and Port des Canonge, small bays with crystal clear waters. A 30 minutes' drive takes you to the north coast and to Ses Casetes des Capellans in Can Picafort, Playa de Muro and Puerto de Alcúdia, all fine grained and family-friendly. Most of them offer a wide range of restaurants and leisure.
